Nexalaris Tech

DEPLOYEDBrandNext.jsAnalytics

The company's own front door — positioning, capability storytelling, and conversion instrumentation.

THE PROBLEM

Nepal's technology market is full of agencies that will build you a website and stop there. What founders and enterprises actually needed was someone who could take an AI idea from architecture through to a hardened, monitored production system — and be accountable for all of it.

THE APPROACH

  1. Founded Nexalaris as an AI-first consultancy rather than a generalist dev shop, and stayed hands-on as CEO and CTO: strategy, architecture, security review, and client delivery run through the same person, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

  2. Standardised delivery on a single opinionated stack — Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Supabase and Postgres behind it, Docker and Nginx on the box — so every client project starts from a known-good baseline instead of a blank page.

  3. Made zero-downtime deployment the default rather than a premium add-on, with GitHub Actions pipelines and containerised releases across every engagement.

  4. Treated security as delivery scope, not an upsell: threat modelling and hardening happen before launch, backed by CEH-certified pen-testing rather than a checklist.

OUTCOME

Went from a standing start to a registered, shipping company in five months, incorporated in November 2024. Nexalaris now runs a portfolio of client and in-house products spanning civic tech, hospitality, travel and AI tooling — and serves as the proving ground where internal systems are built before the same patterns reach clients.
